The Origin Story

Patricia “Zoom Cat” Krmpotich earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, magna cum laude, from Regis University in 2011. In the years since then, her artistic storytelling skills have time and again made a mark of cuteness on the Entertainment Industry’s literary side. She is perhaps best known for her work on My Gal, the Zombie, of which she is the primary collaborator with series creator Dannielle Conner. Patricia also serves as Associate Producer on the web series of the same name!

Some of her other works include Disney Manga’s Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas: Zero’s Journey, Cleopatra in Space, and several works of Archie.

A lifelong lover and creator of comics, Patricia’s portfolio is strengthened by firsthand involvement in nearly every facet of the medium. A published writer, colorist, editor, letter, and proofreader of independent and main title books. As an always-active member in the artistic community, Patricia lent her expertise to comic shops of all sizes throughout the years. Her reputation stems from her attendance in too many comic conventions to count, where she continuously presents in panels, runs tables for herself and other pro artists, and even interviews industry-acclaimed artists.

She lives in Colorado with her partner Joseph, plus their dog Link, Leopard Gecko Leia, and five snakes named after hot sauces.
